Welcome to the little tour of my paintings where I tell you a story about each and every one of them.

Blue Horse Inspired by the many horse paintings I have seen, instead of painting a horse that is white, black, or brown, I decided to make him blue with pink and purple eyes. And I wanted to show the incredible anatomy off a horse by exaggerating the muscles. Comic Book Using the techniques of Abstract paintings, I thought I'd try and show the motions of the charcters by blending the colours together. On this thick MDF board I poured a bucket of white emulsion paint and then I smudged all the acrylic colours around to mix them up. Once the paint dried I added some details. Demon Dog I was fascinated by dog anatomy that I drew a dog without any fur or skin. I thought it looked cool so I decided keep like that and paint it using a sbasic colour scheme; red, yellow, and blue. It was during that time I discovered glow in the dark paint. Heartache I went through difficult a time once. A whole series of feelings:

Rejections

Frustrations

Heartbreaks

Sadness

Grief

Pain

Loneliness

Hopelessness

Powerlessness

Devastation

Depression

Suffering

Misery

All these feelings came together at once and gave me a massive Heartbreak. It felt like barbed wire wrapped around my heart tightening. It was a painful time.

Everything we go through in life, we carry injury and pain that are invisible to us. So I thought this painting best represented all the things above.

Deep down we want to feel loved, accepted, an appreciated. Submission to Beauty This is a painting about the "Halo effect". What we humans tend to do is assume that people are perfect because of their beauty. Swan Lovers Despite the two swans looking completely different, they compliment each other like lovers. The black one likes to show off and the white one a little shy. This one took the longest to make because I used a needle to add detail to the feathers of the black swan. Terror in his Eyes This was based on a poem I wrote years ago but I lost it. The title is the only line I remember is "There was Terror in his eyes." It was about a man who looked in the mirror and was terrorised by what he saw. Himself. The Clown This is about a clown who was very sad. Being a clown was his job but he didn't like it. He hated people pleasing. He resented the people he worked for and all his frustrations built up and awakened a dark demon-like shadow within himself. His inner demon was telling him to change. One day the Clown finds a broken violin and starts to play with it. It's out of tune and he's not good at playing it, but the clown was happy that he discovered something he enjoys. So he leaves his clown profession and pursues his dream of playing the violin better. I guess what I'm trying to say is, if you are not happy where you are, find something that makes you happy and commit to it. #clown #shadow #demon #frustration #peoplepleasing #profession #hate #hatred #violin #happy #change #tune

To Bleed or Not To Bleed... Based on the famous line by Shakespeare's Hamlet. I replaced the word "Be" with "Bleed" as a joke at first. But then I asked myself whether we choose to suffer or not. How we deal situations is our choice.
